Fathers Day, Miles Style

Went crabbing with my boys on Fathers Day down my dad's.
Got a nice 3 dozen #1 crabs for Fathers Day. Thats all I needed!
I got up early and set the tpx. 530ish.
Tide was high, and went out during later morning. Used Nx.
Caught all #1 males, a few small males, no females, no doublers.
Used 20 4 door tpx with tops, cuz I was lazy and the weekend was a real busy one with my dad's health issues. Which, I am glad to say are looking better. I so want to try the new topless Foxy's soon!
The boys pulled all the traps, I drove the skiff.
Was able to take pix that should be good for their memories.
Hope all that are fathers, had a good fathers day!

When you're his age your sons will be taking you crabbing. That time comes way too soon.

That is what it is all about having fun with family and friends. Oh,,and catching some crabs!

I take my kids every chance I get gets tough when all (5) want to go...guess I need another boat.

I wrapped one. I went up to the Hospital to visit my dad and the wife unit took the boys out to run the line o traps while I was gone. She wrapped a trap too. She got it off the prop though. A few where caught. I told here that she has to get a license or I need to get a Boat permit.
I cant figure her out sometimes. I never thought she would go out without me. She did and brought the boat back fine with a few crabs too!
The quality of the crabs we caught this WE is what impressed me.
