Crabbing Report-Rocky Point

Decided to stay local this morning and put in at Rocky Point at approx. 7:35 AM. ( High tide was at 8). Set the traps up in the middle of the mouth----8-9 fet of water. I picked up the traps at 11:15 with 52 keepers. These definitely don't compare in size to what I have been getting down at the Kent Narrows.......Probably 4 or 5 crabs were over 7 inches. Most were 5 1/2 to 6 1/2.
They were full and tasty.......did not have to travel far, pay the tolls or get a tcicket like I did on Tuesday at Dominion.

thanx for the report, been seeing a comm. guy at the ramp at Turner station when I've been going fishin and it looks like he got alot on his boat, just haven't seen where he's crabbing.
