No, but you missed a great deal on them at the last Crab Fest.
They auctioned off for about $1.00 each.

Try Aaron's welding shop in Stevensville. I know he's making them, but I don't know if they are for sale to the public or how much he wants. Look under Robert Aaron in your phone book - he's the only one in Stevensville.
P.S. - Don't call him after 4:30PM weekdays, or at all on weekends.
sucks i missed such a great deal
What sucks is thats all they went for.
Good cause anyway!
There were 8 eel pots at the Crabfest and they all went for $5 a piece. I got 4 of them and Charles McDaniel got the other 4. Still a great deal.

A little curious here:
When & where do you set the pots ? What is used for bait ?
thanks !

Hey Guys I know this is an older post but I am in chester and am currently making eel pots. I started a website and use these same pots daily so I know they work. Please don't judge the site yet it is still very basic and is not yet finished.

Geckert,
The site looks good, but I noticed the size of your traps are a bit small..8x24. Do you make large ones, at least 12x36?
They can be made I use the 24 mainly because I run a 21' outboard skiff and space is a rare commodity Plus the rolls of mesh are 48' the cost would be a little more because the amount of material would at least double. The cost wont double a rough estimate I would say about 18.00 -20.00 probably in the middle. Do you use 12x36 now? The thing on the 12 would be my patterns for the funnels It might take a few days to get it right for that. Drop me a bmail or phone call and we can get more technical form there.
