    Default fishing the flats

There are sveral places to put in. From the Susky (Port Deposit and Lapidum) from the North East (Charlestown Marina, Anchorage - or several other marinas) from the Elk (Rogues Harbor, or one of the several marinas) and then there are several places on the western shore (HavreDeGrace, Aberdeen).
As for bait or LTG it depends on the water clarity and temp. Right now the water is plenty clear enough for lures and warm enough for top water. It's not much sight fishing (at least now) you just fish some of the points, channel edges and ditches. Best advice is to stop at Herb's Tackle shop in North East and they will tell you whats working best and where for that day.
