    Default shark fishing off VA BEACH OR LOWER BAY

    FISHMAN HERE, my brother has been after me for some time to take him shark fishing.not the little dog fish we catch at the inner middle grounds while drum fishing.more like a 6 footer. we just put a nice map plotter on board and i have some good wreck charts, just not sure where the best place to set up.

    can anyone put us on to jaws jr. ?

    How big of a boat do you have? They catch some studs out there on the triangle wrecks off of VA beach. Theres a few wrecks around the tower that I'm sure have some nice ones as well.

    FISHMAN HERE, I am fishing out of a 20' pro sports. she is 8 on the beam and a pretty stable ride.I was looking at the tower reef and maybe the tiger.

    there are plenty off sandbridge and corolla.we catch them all the time while cobia and king fishing and its even better at night

    All you need to do is chum ocean side of 3rd island or cape henry wreck. A little chum, some fresh bluefish and a little time is all you need. I'm a ex SCUBA diver and believe me there are plenty of decent sized sharks in the bay.

    Ocean side of the third I had a shark in the 7-8 foot class nose my minnow bucket last summer while flounder fishing.
