    Default Chumlord 19 April

Left Hatteras Village at 0530 with Al (alcoje), Alan Hefner and Tommy Wild onboard hoping to cash in on the great fishing that was enjoyed the previous day. We managed to boat only one YFT and one FA throughout the day. Fished near the 215 line in 40 to 65 fathoms 72.4 degrees. Slow day felt kind of fortunate to get one in the boat some did better and some did worse. Fun day on the H2O with great conditions. Alan cranked, Al drove, I wired and Tommy "Wildman" Wild stuck the fish in the neck with the gaff!!! Delbert 2 would have had a tear in his eye Wish you were there bro!!!!

Great fishing alongside Jimmy K, Billfisher and Tuna Hound

    Here's some pics!!!

Lou, good fishing with you. I only ended up with one fish too with only one knock down and one that ran the drag for 30 seconds and let go.

Looks like Billfisher was the high hook by far!!!

I didn't go fishing the second day. Spent the day pulling my engine and outdrive. Looks like I have a bad flywheel and will be out of commision for a week until I get it back together.

Hope that planer rod worked well... death from above!!![excited]

Am I sick or does anyone else drop down and roll in that bloody mess? I feel you must become 1 w/your quarry. Good job!

Glad you got the boat dirty. We had 36 perfect ballys ready for the hot bite & wound up pitching most of them back at the dock. Oh well the few that swam sure did look nice out there. Congrats on your hard to come by bite. 1 or 2 tunas on the 19 was a great thing. I got 0 BILL

WTG! Nice to see the deck a lovely shade of red. Reminds me of the blue trip with Ken. Keep workin' it, I'll be there for the bills and 'hoos.
