Dude, leave the GW at home and jump on my Albe. We're heading down July 2 -> 13th. I'll be running out of Lockwood Folley. I've got my eyes on the tower and beyond. May even try some deep wrecks for big grouper and snapper. Give me ring.
Last year, while vacationing the first week in July in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, I heard of quite a few sailfish being caught. Sadly, that's the only info I got. Nothing more specific about the actual location. [sad] So, I spent the week going after kings for the first time on my own. Did pretty good too. [smile]
We're heading down again this year (first week in July) with the boat, and if those rumblings were true, and the location permits, I wanna try to get my fish sail.
So, is it worth it to bring the outriggers and the ballyhoo rigs? If the sails are around, where would I have the best chance of tangling with one?
Remember, 20'er with 80 gallons. [grin]
Thanks guys.

No can do. Especially since this will probably be the last summer I have her..... [sad] She's gotta go with me. Besides, the wife wants her around for cruising the ICW.
I will give you a call though.... [smile]
She get a summer cut yet? [excited] Give me your specifics cuz time goes by fast and before you know it we'll be down there.
