I did that last Friday (9/02) and did nothing until I got near the south wall of the tip, near the bouys. All the bouys were loaded with dolphin, some were pretty good size. got about 45 dolphin and 3 tuna. Bait fish were everywhere about 2 to 3 mi south of the tip. course the wind has been blowing steady since Saturday so no telling what's going on and where it is going on now.
