28 ft Albie for Sale

Hi Gang,

I was down at Buzz's (ridge, md. - pt lookout)for the TF shingding and saw a for sale sign on this. Had a phone # and something about 350 mags on the sign. Just thought I would spread the word in case anyone was looking for such a boat.
I have no other motive, other than trying to be nice to my fellow TF'ers.
