What do you have to do to get a license to catch and sale a BFT?

Get a commercial license. Either you buy an existing one, or get in the eligibility pool. I'm leasing one this year. The eligibility pool does not meet until the end of January, so that route wouldnt be very beneficial for this year.

After you get the license, there is a laundry list of requirements for your boat and crew. Were in the middle of getting all of it done now and its not cheap.
