    Default Spreader bar colors

Looking to rig a few bars real soon for a buddy that fishes out of Carolina alot. Does anyone have a certain color they find to be more productive and consistent on a day to day basis. Or is it more of what the fishing are looking for that particular day? Looking at the squid selection that Jimmy K has and was just trying to get some advice.
    Thanks Shawn

I have had good luck with green squid bars and pink squid bars. I personally like the splash bars (the ones with the birds).

Alot of guys up here praise Bill (squidnations) Rasta Bars. I don't own any so I don't know first hand.

Don't you just love the way those bird bars pull Franky? I normally drop one of those right in the middle of my spread. The zuchinni colored one is my go to. I have a black and purple that has been mauled several times by those funny looking fish with the pointy nose too. Pink or blue and white get pulled a lot too.

I have some small high speed bars that I will pull early season mostly from the flat lines or short riggers. These are loaded with 20+ 3" natural colored or pink squids. When the tuners are eating on small stuff these can be the ticket, and if there is a black fin within 20 miles he'll find it.

The few trips I've been on down NC way (on Charters) they pulled either a Blue/White Bar or a the Dolphin (green/yellow/blue/white) bar (13" squids I think) with a green machine trailer. Both colors worked on all of the trips...

When we went with Nolan last year in November I watched them zero in on the Dolphin bar a couple times but the fish were hungry and ate everything that day...

I have one more bar to finish and I'm teetering between these two colors.
