    Why are the red markers on the left and green on the right when navigating through Massey's when coming from Indian River Inlet?

    I'm not sure. Missip. has different patterns as does England.

    A good question for the Coast Guard!!

    Maybe it has something to do with Rehoboth Bay on one end and IRI on the other. Sortuv like how the marker colors change sides at Chesapeake City in the D&C Canal. But again, just guessing.

    Was told a number of years ago it was marked as inter-coastal and from the Delaware Bay being the 'Returning to the Sea'.

    Guess Indian River doesn't count!!
