I have a Lurebox, the round clear plastic thing, its expensive but pretty cool

What do use to store your trolling rigs in? I've been using the multi rig lure bags for small rigged baits, but ilanders, zukers, small daisy chains are kind of a pain. I've been using indivudual lure bags hooked together with a peice of 300 lb mono and a caribener. It works, but it gets tangled and is a bulky to store.
I do save the plastic sleeve from the ilanders to protect them when stored. I fold the leader back, insert the lure to the hook, wrap the leader and secure with a rubber band holding the leader loop to the sleave.

I USE A COUPLE OF THE LURE BAGS, BUT MOSTLY USE ZIP LOCK BAGS AND DISPOSE OF AFTER USE. WHEN I GET BACK I WASH THE LURES, HANG DRY, SHARPEN HOOKS, PAINT HOOK TIPS TO PREVENT RUST AND THEN PLACE IN NEW ZIPLOCKS FOR NEXT TRIP. I AM A WEEKEND OFFSHORE GUY SO THIS MAY BE A PAIN FOR THOSE THAT FISH ALL THE TIME, BUT IT WORKS FOR ME. I LIKE THE LURE BAGS WITHT THE OPEN MESH BACK, BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND I CAN SEPERATE EASIER WITH THE ZIPLOCKS. PLUSS I THINK THE ZIPLOCKS KEEP THE WATER OUT OF THE LURES THAT YOU DON'T USE.
JUST MY 2 CENTS -- I AM INTERESTED TO HEAR EVERYBODY ELSES OPINIONS B/C I AM ALWAYS OPEN TO CHANGE WITH THIS REGUARD IF SOMETHING BETTER THAT PROTECTS UNUSED LURES IS AVAILABLE. THE LURE BOX JUST WON'T WORK FOR ME DUE TO THE SMALL SIZE AND STORAGE ON MY BOOK.

I keep my Islanders (and other mid sized lures) in the larger sized Plano boxes without the dividers. I can store them by type of lure. Smaller lures like Zukers I keep in lure bags.
I use the clear plastic shoe boxes with a locking top that you can buy at Target or Wally World. They stack nicely too.
I've tried a bunch of different methods. The short answer is, the $hit still gets tangled :). Only way around this is to have MANY 5 pocket blue mesh bags and store each lure seperate...this is way too costly as like most, I have a ton of crap. So for storage, I try to store multiple lures per pouch in those 5 pocket bags or single pocket bags. When fishing, I've been using one of those Super bowl lure buckets and it's been pretty good. It still get tangled (if you put lots of lures in the middle) but you can rinse stuff off and I will try to put un used stuff on the inside and the stuff I just pulled out of the water or plan to put in the water on the outside so I know if it needs to be checked after fishing that day.
I also use the small plastic shoe boxes, plano boxes and zip lock bags so as usual, I don't have one standard

big baits, daisy chains, etc go in those blue offshore bait bags, seawitches and hoo rigs hang on the inside of a bucket. Works pretty good. Use big rubber bands to hold the leaders together.
I spent a bunch of time and effort during this past off-season finding ways to minimize my turnaround time, ie. going from the tangled mess after an offshore trip to being completely prepped and ready to go again. One of the areas I focused on was lure storage and orginization.
I now use the Bass Pro Extreme Binder Bags (see link) http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catalog.TextId?hvarTextId=13318&hvarTarget=search&cmCat=SearchResults
I have two jumbo size and one single size, I purchased extra packs of bags for each and I keep everything from spoons to sea witches in them. They really work great. I also have a five gallon bucket that I cut out the center of the lid and drilled 3/8' holes about 1' apart all the way around the remaining portion of the lid and I keep my Green Machines, Bird and any other artificial I anticipate pulling that day in this bucket. My spreader bars are kept in sreader bar bags I got from Princess Anne Distributing 428-1000 and my squid chain teasers are kept in C&H single pocket lure bags available at Boater's World. I also have an another five gallon bucket where I keep my additional teasers, extra birds, fender teasers and dredge weights. I also have a bag that my inflatable suspender type PFD's came in that I keep all my planers and inline weights in.
I also use those little curly plastic wrap things in lieu of rubberbands to keep my leaders coiled neatly, they also are available at Princess Anne Distributing 428-1000.
Agree - the blue lure bags - divided up by color. There is also one that is designed for larger baits, that I keep the marlin and larger wahoo baits in.
I bought 4 5 gallon gone fishing buckets with tops from KMART for $5.99 each and I bought 4 orange 'Homer' buckets from Home Depot for $3.99 each. I rig all my rigs with Flourocarbon and wind them on leader wheels. I put all my blue and white and dark lures in the white bucket with top and all my pink, red and white and chartreuse lures in the orange bucket with top and place them inside my center console head facility. All my green machines and birds go into the cheap Saltwater fishing bag I got for renewing my subscription and all my planers and other stuff goes into another saltwater fishing bag. I pick out 4 squid bars from the 20 I have made and put them in squidbar bags from Green Top ($20) and they go inside my center console as well. This works for me and keeps all the clutter off the deck.
