elk crabs monday

got out about 10:30 am and crabbed till 1pm. 30 traps topless and foxey mates. none did any better. guy with rings did about same. 1 bushel. had only 3 males,one a keeper. lost track of 3 traps. grass is vary bad , was covering floats and dragging traps. what a pain for a bush of sooks. still glad to get crabs and not working all day with this weather was great. sent all crabs home with nephew. crabbed off welsh pt. channel seemed choked with floating grass and limbs. wish i could locate them jimmies,must be some in there somewhere? brother in law did better today at boh again. bet that grass will be fun on trot line[tongue]

you can't escape them in the elk or anywhere around there.
