they were introduced by a fisherman i would guess
the pa fish commission dosen't want them either and is asking that if any are caught they are killed .. however from what i've been hearing its seems they aren't going to be able to get rid of them now

[/Q] They're in the Susquehanna River in Pa & Md.The ones I've seen caught are only 1-2 lbs.right now.I believe in Georgia,the record is like 85lbs.
