Were you crabbing in sand or soft muddy bottom?

elk still has crabs.sooks galore. also saw lots of crabs size of a quarter or so. man they were .all over baits. good place to go with kids for an afternoon or late morn. should find a couple doz w/ traps or handlines.take fishpole and may find a cattie or bass as well .fishbite bloodworms wk well . b. dog gone

more hard bottom. float anchors have vary little mud on them. thanks for tip capt.
