picked my crabbing buddy up at 4:15 am on saturday and we headed down to broomes island but was noticing how breezy it already was before 5am! after talking ourselves out of driving all that way only to have it be too windy to enjoy ourselves we opted to hit the rhode river great choice!! ended up with 2 bushels one big males one huge females we called it a day. ran 1200 ft of line with necks in about 8-10 ft also caught 2 5$ tagged crabs so that paid for the bait[grin]
