Still pretty beat after little sleep and 24 hours of fishing.
Setup on with lines in at 1:00 PM (Got a late start) and saw 5 whites with in 1 hour of fishing. Hooked two caught 1. Setup for sword fishing and released a 80 to 90 pounder about 8:30PM. I have tried for years to no avail to catch one and I finally caught one. Had a shark bite or two and another Swordfish bite that never came to fruition.
Stareted trolling at day break where we left off and missed 7 tuna bites right off the bat. Then went 1 for 2 on White marlin bits which a small center console came in behind us and picked up. Caught two nice YFT one 49#'s missed a wahoo and some more bites. Oh we did have a dolphin in there as well.
I can tell you we had steady action with about 15 missed bites minium. Saw a huged Wahoo eat the long rigger come to short shotgun Sky out behind the boat and cut the left short at the double line.
Seas on Friday were awesome, but got nasty by around 10:00PM on Friday night. Saturday seas were nasty, nasty, nasty... would never have fished on Saturday if we had not been out there already. Longride home for everyone.
Thanks to Greg, Brad, Rob and Sandy for making the trip come together.
Brad caught his first Billfish and Rob got one two.

You guys did well kevin, we fished the tournament on the Reel Cat, and got 1 white marlin release and also caught a 50 pound yellowfin at night on a livey, no swords for us, but better luck next time. Being out there overnight is awesome!
Pretty work Kevin!!
Sorry about that Still thinking. Out there yesterday and up high everything looked small. Pretty work and good fishing with you all and nice boat.
Just kidding....I know we looked small with those big swells...probably shouldn't have been out there but gonna be gone for next two weeks so had to give it a shot....I made 17Kts in comfortably but had to leave at 1100 when the wind really started picking up....Great job on those fish by the way..that's an awesome catch in those conditions....Bob
Pretty work guys. Yeah that wind was a treat but atleast the fishing is good.
