Severn River-Carrs creek

Tried last night and early this morning at Carrs creek just outside the warning bouys.Got 35 crabs but most were BIG.Let go about 15 females and had 6 that were short.8 handlines and a sleepy 10 yr. old made for a fun night.Moved around 3 times best depth was 11'.Water looked good and the crabs held onto the bait all the way to the surface.Not as good as past trips but that's crabbing.All but 2 crabs were real muddy/heavy ones.Left at 8 am and didn't see anyone else crabbing.Nice morning.
