Bo ,today 10-07

got some good reports from some family members that went there yesterday and also saw Sea-nymph's post so decided to hit the Bo this morn. daylight to 11 am, 1800 ft trotline,,less than ideal conditions, rain & wind forced me to move trotline once ,,1 1/2 bu,,Big crabs but mostly whites today, less than 2 doz good #1's,,should have been there yesterday!![grin]

RJ, I live on the elk and have noticed things have been dying down in front of my house. And the bo usually produces some nice crab but out of a 1 1/2 bu. i would think u you'd have more then just 24 good ones.

thats about right,seemed bigger crabs were lighter,may have just did a shed? my smaller ones 5 1/4 -5 3/4 were heavy but i dont know ? they maybe headed out for season.

I had very few Whities last Thursda, I would say 90% of what I caught were 1's, and 15% were Mumbo's! Back in September, I started in one spot on the Bo and was catching average crabs, but not very fast so I decided to move. Boy was I glad, the next spot I was catching Monsters, and it was less than a 1/2 mile away.

hanks for the report on the catch. I dont think i have ever had more than a 1/2 bush at one time. Where is the 'BO'. I know alot of places on the bay for fishing but i dont ever recall the BO. Is it the Bodkin? Just asking

RRR,ya that ray dudes got all them crabs up in his garage hostage to highest bidder! always got to get out a head of RRR if ya want crabs,he,s heartless heathen hard on them crabs. catchs them with a spec.tangle you have to see,with more knots than a hickory tree [tongue][grin][tongue] b.dog
