    Default Burrells Marina, is it still open?

    They terminated my slip lease Sept. 30th with an explanation... 'new owners (a Foundation received it by will and testament)'. Does anyone know if they will continue to offer the ramp? Their phone has been disconnected.

    It is my understanding (though the grapvine) that they won't. The new owner is putting in condos.
