i saw these lures called "Banjo Minnows" being avertised on TV and te commercial made them out to be great and i was wondering if anyone has or knows anyone that uses them

i used them about 3 times ..caught one bass on them .. there do hang up there not weedless .. that rubber band trick dont work ..you can do better with a 3 dollar package of flukes .. it was a waste of 20 dollars ..flukes have the same action or better .. even bass assisians are better ,, save your money please ...

I never tried the banjo minnow(the lure banned from fishing tournaments...lol)...I did get the Flying Lure(clearance for $3)...got some crappie on them...:eek2:

Have no idea...it was on the infomercial...just BS to sell them...you got them. try them...

They work best when used with a Popiel Pocket Fisherman !! :-)

I caught one bass on it and like everyone is saying theres nothin rele special about them and they definately aren't weedless. Those snakes i saw on an infomercial were pretty cool, but i read a lot of bad reviews too. ): The action is great tho. Ill post the link for ya.

I bought a kit from Doug Hannon about 3/4 yrs.ago.They're really big.

I actually really like the bigger ones - they do have great action. Don't have any more since they're always being sold as a kit, and I only want the extra large ones. I have caught a bunch of bass on them, but always when the fish were very aggressive and would have hit anything.
