The bass in a neighborhood pond have been biting pretty well. I recently bought a Redington RedFLy2 6wt which I have been using. Brown woolybuggers are working well on the bass and I caught a fat bluegill on a bead-headed nymph. One night my dad and I caught 25 bass and bream between us in an hour and a half.

Dalton and I made it out to Lake McIntosh on Wednesday the 12th. The weather was pretty nice for the kayaks aside from a little wind. Caught an 11" largemouth earlier and later we found a couple fish in a shallower cove. We only had 15 minutes left before we needed to head back after we found the cove. Dalton got a nice crappie and I got a 10" white bass.
