Hey you old Stinkbait. Thanks for the heads up on the picture in "The Fisherman" magazine. I told Jack and he is higher than a kite after hearing about the picture.
    Thanks again.
Will be in Friday to pick up those parachutes and I'll get 9" Sassy Shads (white and chart 8ea).

    Jim -

My buddy Jim Catterton (CONTENDER21) suggested I contact you about some Mackeral gear - planers and lures.

I wanted to try to support a vender on this board.

Do you have any Sea Strike Planers and Clarkspoons in stock?

If you do - shoot me your phone number.

    Thanks -

    Jim,

I got bogged down today at home. I will definitely be over tomorrow and make the purchase we spoke of yesterday.

    Hey Jim!!

Just wanted to let you know that my surgery was successful and I am back home from the hospital. Won't know the final outcome until the pathology report comes back, but the doctor believes that the cancer was isolated in my Prostate gland. I expect to be off of work for about a month. I am sure that I will be 100% by the end of March. Just in time to take Old No. 7 out of dry-dock!! Hope to see you later in March!

Hi Jim: I am the one that has been into your shop inquiring about two rods for my grandsons. I have decided to not purchase the rods for Christmas but to get them for their birthdays in April. This gives me a chance to make the rods myself although I don't know if I will be able but I must try. Once I get the rods completed I will bring them into your shop and get reels that are appropriate. I enjoyed your long report and I think I was out in the bay in the same general area and got skunked. I'll stoop in the next time I go to the boat. thanks for your help.

Hey Jim- What are your hours this time of year? Im planning to head down to your shop tomorrow, but dont want to miss you. Ive talked to other local shop owners, and some are closing down on Dec 1, and are on "reduced hours" until then... I just wanted to make sure before making the trip. Either way- I look forward to meeting you.

    Jim,

Do you sell small crab traps and floats? Give me a price on purchasing 25 crab traps for recs along with the rope and floats. That trotline stuff is for the birds. It took us two hours to tie those chicken necks onto the line, then I had a heck of a time guiding the boat down the line and picking off the crabs. I am thinking if I had collapsable crab traps, I could probably do a lot better. The bad part is I have thirty collapsable crab traps in my basement. I looked at the MDDNR web site and they have a picture of my trap with a note saying these traps are illegal in the state of Maryland because they have a door that closes. Those were great traps. I used them for two years. You never had to worry about bringing up an empty one because of the float.
The crab traps you have in the front of your store are too big for me to handle. I could fit four of them in the front of my boat. If you have the smaller ones, they would probably fit much better on my boat and I could catch the crabs by myself rather than having a crew of three every time.

I can do the line tying and attaching the float to the line myself.

    Thanks,

    Joe
