I am looking for someone that fabricates boat dash panels. Am looking for a wood look with switch holes,guage holes and engraving . Does anyone have any suggestion?

I built my own, it was not as hard as you might think. there are some pics in the thread
14' canoe -- I just used exterior plywood (3/4") A-B faced and coated with 8 coats of uv protected marine varnish. Doing it yourself allows you to customize where you put the guages and switches to suit your needs!
This guy is on the Classic Mako site quite a bit and does some great work, you can but them with back lighting, with or without the switches wired etc, give him a call, looks like decent prices on the couple that I saw.
