Here is a message from John McMinn concerning the next Trout Unlimited meeting which has subjects of interest to our club:

The Delaware State Chapter of Trout Unlimited sponsors the slide presentation, "Offshore Light Tackle and Fly Fishing" given by Captain John Foskey. The program will describe the variety of fish that are available out of Cape May, NJ during the summer, including shark, tuna and dolphin. In contrast to conventional standup tackle, when casting light tackle even small quarry provide great sport. The speaker is a licensed Coast Guard captain and has fished the east coast from New England to Florida.

We will also have short programs on bass fishing in Maine ponds, removing hooks, and Block Island, RI.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 on Tuesday, 10 January at Ashland Nature Center on Brackenville and Barley Mill Roads, Hockessin, DE. The public is invited to attend; admission is free. Call 302-235-1817 for more information.
