Thanks Bo. I'm going to give you a call in a few weeks and see if you can take a break from Brandon's boat and help me glass for a few hours :)

Also wanted to post my latest video update here:

Thinking about color choices and leaning towards black. What do you think?

Black looks great , but it will show everything!, take a close look at boats that are cold molded and study the front bridge bulkwork, even on light colored hull the "plugs" show through, That being said you may have a better shot with only your topsides colored black, and beings how you built li a second paint job would not so bad!

You guys building these Envi boat design are putting out some outstanding workmanship,, keep up the fine work!

and of course I will be happy to help you!

While I dig on a darker hull, I'm thinking fighting lady yellow would look sharp and rich.

Making slow but steady progress. Got the second layer completely on the other side and now need to move on to filling screw holes and quite a bit of fairing.

Nope, just a bunch of measuring twice and cutting twice Seriously though, I have never done anything like this, just taking my time and trying to do the best I can. Haven't used some tools like a bandsaw since high school shop class over 20 years ago. Working with Marc at Envi boats is like having your own personal boat building consultant/coach.

I work in the software industry, but think I would enjoy doing something like this when I retire.

Here are the latest pics. Still have a bunch of fairing to do before glassing, but almost there. Opened the garage door in front of the boat to take some pics of the other side.

Also wanted to post a few pics of my fillet in the impossible area. I need to do some more clean up in that area, but it should come out fine.

Still a lot more fairing to do, but the flair is getting fair. You can really see the golf tees in this pic.
