If you got this far, you are either (a) as geeky as some think I am or (b) you are a fan (cult member?) of the Big Green Egg (BGE) smoker/BBQ/grill.
My family gave me a Medium egg for the holidays , thinking I would use it to smoke fish better than I have done on our gas grill.
Little did they know just much meat I would smoke between now and when catch-and-eat fishing season gets going in the mid-Bay
How have you found the egg for smoking blues, spanish, and anything else you might put in the box? Any suggestions or tips?
