The Annapolis SALTWATER FISHING EXPO has become one of the most popular winter fishing shows in the area. It brings together some of the best local tackle dealers offering the latest Light Tackle Jigging, Bay Trolling and Offshore Tackle with an outstanding Seminar Series. The majority of tackle offered for sale is new and reflects innovations focused on our local waters. There will be numerous professional Charter Captains and Guides to answer questions, provide advice or book a trip for the upcoming season.

Admission includes four Informative Seminars from local Expert Anglers which provide great information on what is working for these local Captains.

11:30AM - Captain Brian Mayer: Spring Trolling for Trophy Rockfish
1:00PM - Light Tackle Panel Discussion: Spring Fishing Opportunities
Panel Members: Chris Dollar, Lenny Rudow, Shawn Kimbro, Richie Gaines

The Seminar Room is seperate from the main Show Floor and provides a comfortable and sound isolated room with seating for +125 attendees. Grab a seat early and be sure to bring a notebook and pen. Expo hours are 8AM to 3 PM and the entire event is held indoors at the modern Annapolis Elks Lodge which is loacted at 2517 Solomons Island Road Edgewater MD 21037. Most of the Vendors are all set up with some very impressive products. The rest will be settled in before the doors open at 8 AM. In the Seminar Room we squeezed in 140 seats which leaves very little standing room in the back. So you would be well advised to grab a seat 10 minutes before a Seminar that interests you and be sure to bring a notebook and pen. I will introduce the Speakers and act as Moderator for the LT Panel discussion. I will also have a few assistants in the Seminar Room pointing out open seats that aren't obvious from the entry door to this large Room. If you get a chance, please say hello and provide any thoughts or feedback. We are always looking to improve this event. We'll also have a Parking Team outside helping you to quickly find a place to park. Our overflow lot is about 200 yards away and the guys will direct you there if that is the best option at that moment. The Elks Lodge is one of the best venues of the winter fishing shows and they offer a great lunch menu from 10 AM to 1 PM and the bar opens at 8 AM for those that appreciate a morning cocktail. I'm looking forward to seeing many old friends and hopefully meeting some new friends.
