Hi,
My 1991 Albemarle 24 Express with Volvo Penta 290 DP has frozen steering. It seems to be pretty rusty, so I sprayed PB Blaster, and managed to remove the cotter pin from the Clevis pin that holds the steering cable, but the Clevis pin will not turn or come out. I was able to unscrew the steering cable nut, but it would not budge. Does the Clevis pin need to be removed to allow the cable to be removed?
