    Read 2 stories. Ches. Bay Mag reporting big deducting in harvest caps for Omega. And Richmond paper reporting NO fish from the bay at all allowed this year for Omega only from the Atlantic. I guess both could be true.

    They are allowed something like 31,000 metric tons from the bay this year, which is a reduction from the something like 51,000 metric ton quota that they are nominally allowed to harvest.

    Yeah, that is what the Ches.Bay.Mag was reporting. The Richmond Times story was very confusing. It reads like they have a total ban from the bay and can only catch the reduced amount from the Atlantic.
