    Im Vietnamese so we braise them with tomatoes, fish sauce, hot chilly and serve it with white rice, very tasty dish. Im sure you can pickle Macs because thats how they serve them at sushi restaurant, I guessed they're too fishy to serve raw. Take care Andy.

    Does the weekend forecast have to be so darn windy? I wanted one more crack at these things before they left the bay. With the low temps I fear the spanish will be gone until next year. Silverlining is that the rockfish will be in the shallows and will be easy to target on a falling tide.
