Spooling Penn 50

I got 8 penn 50’s looking to put braid backing on..I was thinking about 100lb braid to top shot of 80lb mono..I was probably going to put about 300 yards of mono on..How much braid would I need to make sure the reel is full..the 100lb braid is equivalent to 30lb mono

I have 2,000 FT of 100 lb braid with 150lb mono wind on top shot, maybe 25-30 yards. Penn 50TW.

Make sure you have rubber or electrical tape on the spool so the braid doesnt slip.
