Fished yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours. No birds at all, but caught lots of 18-22 inch schoolies casting 5 inch crank baits around drop offs and oyster beds. Check my website www.breathinglifetv.com for lots of info on rockfish
Had fun catching upwards of 75 rockfish and blues over the weekend. Kept some 19-21 inchers. All on crankbaits and jigs. Some nice blues mixed in. Glad to see a lot of fish in the middle bay....hoping for the big ones next month....
I'll be headed out on the water next week so I put together a little clip to get everyone excited........Can't wait to get into some nice ones this fall........I know I'm ready.........enjoyed filming these guys earlier this year.........so I know they are out there.......here fishy, fishy...
