Got a later start and arrived out at Fisherman's Island after 1 pm to do a little eeling. Very little current but the water temp was 43.5 F. That is about 4 degrees less than earlier in the week. Finally landed one in the late afternoon before we headed back to the barn. It sounded like it was slow for most out in the area.

Here is a picture of the lone fish, and it's belly was empty.

From 35 to 17 feet. Fish caught in 22 feet. We marked several fish, but only one was DUMB enough to bite something.
