Yep. I'm done with crabs for the season as well. We usually have a crab meal twice a week during the season. One meal is a sit down and pick them. The other is crab cakes from the leftovers. Definitely looking forward to Oysters as a changeup. On the half shell or steamed on the grill are my two favorite ways.

I've got 12lb frozen so I think we're good for the winter. I make a double batch of creme of crab soup and use 1lb of crab meat and a little over 1lb of perch fillets for a nice meaty soup.
