first off, thanks for all the help...we started at buoy 9 and caught a 22" on a green stretch 25 in 28 feet of water...trolled to Urbanna - nada...trolled outside of Urbanna, had a very very nice hook up that snapped the line (20 pound test)...hook up was on a 28 oz mojo with a tomic green swimmer...went to the Norris bridge and tossed storms/gulps/and one very fat eel...nada....returned outside Urbanna and hooked up with what looked like a 29 incher (who would have had to go back in anyway...that is my story and I am sticking to it)...lost at the boat...on a green stretch again in 45 feet of water...lots of marks, only 3 hookups from 1030-5:30...beautiful day...

went out yesterday for only about 2hrs from 1030 to 1230, didnt get one hookup and saw very few activity on the fishfinder. Trolled around the white stone bridge umbrella's and even tried some drift fishing.

3x out this season with no luck...i'm pissed!

Was the 20lb test that broke, your main line or your mojo leader???

I run nothing less than 50 or 60 lb leaders on any of my mojos and umbrellas.

My 2 cents. Glad to hear of some bites at least, closer to home.
