5/11/22 The cool water Temps turned on the cool weather fish. All I could catch this morning was yellow perch and pickerel. Strange for me.

The tide looked normal. I don't know how it was latter. I went to a lake this morning. Yes the winds are still bad. Even fishing from shore. For me this has been the worst April and so far May. In my six years living in Md.

I would rather catch yellow perch and pickerel than bass and crappie any day. Plus yellow perch are the best eating panfish .They taste like Walleyes.

I've never caught a Yellow perch. That's on the agenda for next spring.
