I got a call this morning from an excited gentlemen referred to me by Ocean's East 2. His name is Shelby Wilson of Virginia Beach.

He was hopeful that he had a world record striped bass catch. Shelby described how he had weighed in a 51-pound, 8oz striper on 10lb test while eeling yesterday. I was happy to hear that the BIG BOYS have arrived! Unfortunaltely, the fish did not qualify for a line class record, but it is still an awesome catch...the first HOG I have heard reported this season! :clap:
