6/17/22 I went for bluegills but the crappie and bass took over this morning. Only caught about 3 or 4 bluegills a few bass, I kept one bass for a friend. I stopped fishing around 8:00 AM. I ware out fast, and I beat the heat. Came back to marina to see who was fishing. I didn't fish. I watch this guy catch one catfish after another. He was using peelers for bait. He said they cost $3. a piece. If you want to catch some good eating size catfish, they are spawning in the marina. I caught a 5# blue catfish a few days ago,but didn't have a camera.
