It’s a long river, rock and I think if it were solely Maryland’s, Va wouldn’t have an equal share in the divisions of its resources

Edit: I have known about the PRFC for quite some time. The boundary is relatively new to me. A buddy bought a place on the Little Wicomico. The MD-VA boundary marker is just outside the inlet. Literally go out the inlet, hook a left, go 5 feet and you are in MD waters.

Nope, PRFC (Potomac River Fisheries Commission) comprised of representatives from both VA and MD (Edit: and DC). This is for the tidal Potomac. Dunno anything about non-tidal.
