I got this idea from a fella on utube called the old fishermen. I added Mustard to my white perch fillets. I am not a mustard fan but I will admit it added a good taste. I went lite this time but next time I'll give it a good coating. Along with the Mustard I added Flour and Panko bread crumbs. Not all fillets in this picture had Mustard but you get the idea.
