It was $10. to enter the State Park when I use to fish the pier a lot. So I bought a season pass for I think it was $35. When I bought my Delaware license I didn't think it cost that much. I think I do need a license to fish in Delaware. Out of state.

At least in Virginia fishing piers buy a license from the state that covers everyone fishing from the pier so if you pay to fish on the pier you do not need to buy a license
