Thay have a SILLY action in the water and are pretty durable, made of suede I think. Scroll to bottom of the attached web-page or see the photo at the bottom of this post...Kreel tackle makes'em.

The smallies went nuts for these on one trip last fall (I just started to tie with them in September), and I bet the schoolie stripers would like them too.

I have some British 'stillwater' flys done with plastic tails. They were given to me around1991, and unlike lots of other plastic baits of that age I have, they're still bright, supple and not leaking/collapsing all over the fly box.

Doug,

I just bought some of them to tie up some snook flies for Florida trip in March; I am also planning on throw a few at reds also. Like you, I think striper would eat them up!

Doug,

I used one on white perch and they ate it up...literally! The small stripers liked it as did the blues (small)....even a houndfish. I'll bring a before and after to TF. If you are sellin', I'm buyin'!
