Looks like I may have a crew for tomorrow and Looking for a buddy boat if you are going to be out. I hope to launch by 7am. I am an OCMD virgin by boat (as I spent most my life fishing out of NJ) but hear the bass bite is good. I will probably troll unless we find high concentrations and then will jig.

Current weather forecast is Marine Forecast : Weather Underground .

Looks to be the only fishable day this week.

Even though I'm sick as a dog , I'll probably try and do a combo tog/rockfish trip tomorrow , that is if I don't head down to CBBT and hook up with Hackeyfly . I'll let you know one way or the other .:thumbup:

My buddies said there was another whale show today .Bait everywhere . They had their limit in no time . Said they were dropping mojos straight down under the boat and the rockfish were inhaling them .

The fish are moving south a little further every day . When this next cold snap gets here , I would imagine that they will vamoose . Should start to get really good off VB and at the CBBT . Talked to Pat tonight (Hackeyfly) and he said it was very slow and slim pickins today at CBBT.

I never did make it to the CBBT this year,Figured as good as it was in my Hood and the lack of good reports from down there....Why waste the Gas and Time!

quick question. Do I need a fishing permit for OCMD. I have it in my truck but havent applied. I would rather apply when it isnt so cold
