Thought about heading out Sunday, puts some hours on a rebuilt motor and maybe wet a line. Was just checking to see if the water is open or ice, on the flats or north east river?

The Northeast if frozen, not sure about the flats.

The Susquehanna is mostly open, but there is probably some sheet ice on it now.

There are still some large sheet flows moving around with the wind and tides.

I was out to Turkey Pt at my sister's on thur it didn't look close to fishable,and I belive the ramp in Charlestown is still closed...crossing over the bridge the susky looked fine at least up around Port..

HDG and Perryville are all open. The Susquehanna flat was clear yesertday.
