Almost 11:00 PM on New Years, over 175 of us online....

Boy do we need a life !!!!!!!!!!!

Personally, at 45 years old, I've never gone out on New Years.. Its just not me, and not safe...

Had a nice dinner with Denise, ( the Tenderloin at Whole Foods, rules) and
I'd much rather watch Georgia Tech get their asses handed to them...

I just went out to dinner with my wife and now I'm getting raedy for bed. I have to work tomorrow, so it's just another Thursday night for me.

With 2 kids and owning a business, staying up late to watch a big, lit up ball go up a pole just isn't worth it. I'm surprised I've made it this late.

Brian, We usually hit the bars in St. Michaels on NYE but decided to sit home tonight... so here I am with the laptop between my knees, sipping champagne and watching all the crazies on HDTV. Not so bad even though I would rather be out there. Happy New Year friend and all of my TF brethren. Jim

I've been prepping for my big dinner tomorrow . Getting a few pies baked , making hoppin' john , greens and have my pork loin roast injected with marinade . Old lady has a terrible cold and is in bed already .

What kind of pies ? I'm making chocolate meringue and lemon , everything from scratch . Oh , I forgot to mention cookies too . I'll be up til 2 or 3 at least . I've been doing the occasional shot just to stay warm of course .

I have my 3 kids plus my brothers 2 kids and my college roomates 2 kids over my house. I cannot wait for the ball to drop so they all go to bed!!!! Too many sweets have been consumed

I wasn't here, I was at the Kawasaki Vulcan website, too many toys . Did have people over for bacon wrapped shrimp on the barbie, killed the bottle of Capt Morgan Private Stock I won at the Wish-A-Fish bull roast and killed a case of wine I brought back from CBBT earlier in December. Excedrin stock went up this morning :hammer:
