THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE..LT. DAN TOLD ME HOW TO MAKE THEM AND MAN THERE GOOD

* steam striper until cooked
* let sit and cool then break apart w/ hands in large bowl
* add one tbs mayo per pound striper
* add one tbs old bay per pound striper
* add scallions ( depends on you)
* add one egg per pound
* add italian bread crumbs till you can make cakes and it's not runny

**** after mixing all ingredients w/ fork let it sit for a while so the flavors can get in. Then patty into cakes and broil or fry. If you broil put a pad of butter on top of each cake

I added small pcs of cooked bacon...they were awesome kids loved them..

Thanks for the recipe, especially the bacon part. Sounds great.

Got some fresh Striper on ice and will give it a try tonight.
