Does anyone here know anthing about these guys? Called them this morning for some parts to finish the Raymarine system and their prices are lower than anyone else I can find. Everything I called about was for Remanufactured Raymarine products with a full 2 year warranty through Raymarine, the same as their new products from what they tell me. Any info is greatly appreciated.

BOE are great to deal with and usually have the best prices. Never seen a complaint on them, and they are very knowledgeable on what they sale. Do a search on THT, they do a lot of business from there.

:thumbup: I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and the service is excellent and the prices can't be beat. I've gotten bino's, handheld vhf, handheld gps and most recently the Lowrance 37c combo unit from them - all well below anyone else, even on the net. I don't know squat about electronics and they've set me straight. Give'em a call and they'll answer any questions and provide some guidance too. Andy

p.s. not affiliated at all with them, just had a number of positive experiences. Post this on the MD board and you'll get a bunch of the same responses.

Jim Maier at BOE is highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, and the company is fantastic to deal with.

Agree with all the comments above.

I am a happy customer with numerous purchases from BOE.

As I posted on the other board:

i have outfitted two boats through them with electronics, sold a boat through them and bought a boat through them. They are FANTASTIC. Jim and Beth are wonderful to deal with. They are the only place I get my electronics from.

Regarding remanufactured electronics, I actually have bought 3 reman units from them. They claim to have less of a failure rate with the reman stuff because it has been gone over carefully. All my reman stuff has been Garmin though.

I recommend looking at their Garmin stuff over the ray. My father runs a ray c80 package and I run a garmin (with the new digital gsd22 sounder box). We both like my garmin better.

Spoke to Jim today about what I need to complete the system. Seems like their customer service and knowledge on everything is top notch in my opinion. Parts ordered........ Damn shame they arent closer to HR area.......

I was a little sketchy too at the start, I called Jim and told him what I needed, within an hour of placing the order I had a tracking number thru UPS. Damn good customer service if you ask me, havent received my products yet but so far im extremely pleased with them.
