Anybody out there fish the Inner Harbor? More specifically Fr. McHenry area down to Bear Creek.

I hear some nice rock can be found during the winter months.

Can you fish from the bulkheads in the inner harbour? That would be fun. I know it was done many years ago.

A light-tackle guide I know who used to fish the harbor regularly says he hasn't fished there recently because the fishing has dropped off so much. For what it's worth....

Welcome to the board. There's fish in the harbor, all over the Patapsco really. Most are under size but some over. Do a search on here for Pataspco River fishing reports. A lot of good anglers on here still fish it regularly. You'll learn a lot! Good luck!
